How often will I get this box?

Shipments go out once a month during the first week of  each month.  You will then be automatically charged on the 15th of each month.

What's in the box?

Each box includes one, beautifully designed phone case in the selected size as well as 2-3 gifts that coordinate with the theme of the phone case!  Many of our phone casese are exclusive to our boxes, so don't miss out!

Why Subscribe?  Can't I just buy the cases later?

We sell our phone cases for $28 regularly on our website, so subscribing gets you all the bonus goodies each month for free!  

Plus, many of our included phone cases are exclusive to our boxes and will never be listed on our website for individual purchase.  You can see what we have available for individual purchase at

My phone size is not listed, can I not sign up?

At this time our subscription boxes are only limited to the phones we currently have posted, however we update it regularly - so please check back!  You can purchase individual phone cases in more models on our website at

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

You can  cancel or edit your account anytime! Just log into your account and skip/cancel or change your phone size or style box.   Skips must be made before a renewal charge is processed on the 15th, or the skip will apply to the following month. Your credit card will be charged on the 15th of each month.    

Any cancellations after the 15th will  not be refunded.  They will receive one final box and then will no longer be subscribed. If you subscribe after the 15th, and cancel before your shipment is shipped, please note that we have already purchased the supplies we need for your box, and there will be no refund; you will receive your first box and  will no longer be charged for future boxes.

 If you would like to cancel your subscription please do so before the 15th of the month.  From that point forward, supplies have been ordered for the next box and refunds will no longer be a possibility for that month.   If the 15th has passed and your card was charged, and you then cancel the box shortly after, please note that there will not be a refund issued, you will still receive one final box, and will not be charged for further boxes.   

Once boxes have shipped for the month, there are no refunds provided. If the case you were sent was an incorrect size, simply send us an email and we'll be happy to exchange it for you.
